Olivia Osei-Asibey

Proprietor & Founder

Olivia is a senior leader in health, social care and education with extensive experience in organisational leadership, children’s services, service transformation and specialist provision development.

She founded AYA College as part of a wider commitment to creating safe, restorative and aspirational environments for children and young people whose educational journeys have been disrupted by social, emotional and mental health needs.

Sherika Booth

Head of School (Designated Safeguarding Lead)

Supports the leadership of behaviour, pastoral care, inclusion, pupil wellbeing and wider school culture.

Malik Owusu

Assistant Head / Pastoral, Behaviour & Inclusion Lead

Supports the leadership of behaviour, pastoral care, inclusion, pupil wellbeing and wider school culture.
