To help the AYA College staff to work closely with Parents /Key Workers, so that we can coordinate our approach and work together as a team to support the child, we have a “Home-School Agreement” for each student. 

This short Agreement summarises what AYA College undertakes to do during the student’s placement, what we ask the Parent(s) /Carer(s) to do to help the placement to succeed, and what we ask students to try to do; and all three need to sign it. The Staff will discuss this Agreement with the Parent(s) /Carer(s), when the student starts at AYA College. If any Parent / Carer has any concerns about the practicality of any aspects of the Agreement, then please do discuss these with your child’s staff.
